My journey didn’t begin in a laboratory. It started on the court, in the dojo, and under the bright lights of a life lived in motion.
A Life in Motion
From the moment I could walk, movement became my language. Martial arts, volleyball, and endless hours of training shaped my early years. Sport wasn’t just an activity—it was my identity.
But passion comes at a cost.
Injuries began to accumulate, and like many young athletes, I often chose performance over recovery. My days were filled with intense training, and my nights with the energy of youth and city life. That rhythm—early morning discipline and late-night vitality—forged a resilience in me that went beyond the physical.
Sport gave me endurance. Life gave me purpose.
The Turning Point
By the age of 25, the pain was no longer something I could ignore. My knees, shoulders, and back were constantly reminding me of the years I had pushed too hard.
In 2001, after undergoing shoulder surgery, I was introduced to chondroitin and glucosamine as part of my recovery. But I still remember my doctor’s words clearly:
“Less than 5% of what you take reaches the target area. What you really need is collagen.”
It was the first time I had ever heard that word—and it changed everything.
A Global Search
Working as a flight crew member gave me a rare advantage: access to the world. I began searching internationally for solutions, determined to understand more. Eventually, I discovered collagen in pill form. After just two months, the results were undeniable — my joint pain decreased, my skin improved, and I felt a renewed sense of well-being.
That experience sparked something deeper.
A close friend later suggested exploring the idea of distributing such products. What started as a simple suggestion quickly turned into a mission. Through research, I discovered that liquid collagen offered significantly better absorption and effectiveness.
That insight led to my first product launch, Pro-active® Liquid Collagen —and the birth of Pharmacros.
Science-Driven Innovation
Years later, in 2018, with two branded collagen supplements in Pharmacros portfolio, Pro-active® and Cynergy MED®, after attending nearly every major ingredient exhibition around the world, I made a commitment: I aimed to elevate the consumer experience by offering nutritional supplements that met pharmaceutical-grade standards. I wanted more than just a supplement. I envisioned product formulas that worked — built on science, with active ingredients designed to enhance collagen absorption and support total well-being.
What followed were three years of intensive research and development.
In collaboration with a visionary manufacturing partner in France, certified with a cGMP certificate to produce medicines in liquid form — the one we proudly continue to work with today – we developed the absolute Collagen Matrixes: Pro-active® ADVANCED and Cynergy MED® ADVANCED.
Both formulations are backed by clinical studies, branded ingredients, and rigorous stability and challenge testing following the highest quality standards set by the European Pharmacopoeia.
